Studio availability · Opt-in only
First call whena spot opens.
The availability list helps us find a suitable tattoo for an opening before we offer the time more widely.
Joining does not guarantee an appointment.
Why the list exists
Good work needs the right opening.
Tattoo schedules change. An upcoming appointment may move, a session may finish earlier than expected, or an artist may make new time available. Sometimes that leaves a useful opening with only a short window to fill it.
Rather than making every opening a public call-out, we can first look at enquiries from people who have told us they are happy to hear about earlier availability. This gives the studio a clear, respectful way to contact people whose ideas may suit the artist and time available.
The list is not a queue and it is not a faster booking lane. Its purpose is to match a particular opening with a suitable piece. Your original enquiry still follows the normal review and booking process.
How it works
From enquiry to opening.
- 01
Send an enquiry
Tell us about the tattoo, including the idea, placement, approximate size, timing and any useful references.
- 02
Choose to opt in
Tick the availability list box in the enquiry form. It starts unchecked, so you are only added when you actively choose it.
- 03
We look for a fit
When time opens up, we review opted-in enquiries against the artist, session length and practical needs of that opening.
- 04
You decide
If we contact you, you can accept or decline. Saying no does not disadvantage your original enquiry or future enquiries.
How openings are matched
Fit matters more than order.
An opening is offered based on what can be completed well in that particular session. We may consider:
- The artist and style needed for the piece
- The amount of time available in the opening
- The size, placement and preparation involved
- How ready the idea is to move into an appointment
- The timing and flexibility shared in your enquiry
What joining means
- You opt in
- The box is never selected for you. You must actively choose to join when sending your enquiry.
- We may contact you
- We will only get in touch when an opening appears that may suit the details you sent us.
- You can say no
- There is no obligation to take an offered time, and declining does not count against you.
- No appointment is promised
- Joining does not reserve a place, set a timeframe or guarantee that a suitable opening will arise.
Ready when the timing works
Tell us about the piece first.
Complete the tattoo enquiry, then tick “Add me to the availability list” in the timing section. If you leave it unticked, you will not be added.
Every availability email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you from the list at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle enquiry details.
