Appointments / studio policy

Cancellation
policy.

Plans can change. Clear notice helps us protect the time set aside for your tattoo and keep appointment changes fair for every client.

The policy

Three clear rules.

This policy applies once your appointment has been secured with a retainer.

01

Retainers are non-refundable

Your retainer secures your artist and appointment time. It is credited towards the quoted price of your tattoo, but it is not refundable if you cancel.

02

Give at least 72 hours notice

If you cannot make your appointment, let us know at least 72 hours before it is due to begin. This gives your artist a fair chance to offer the time to another client.

03

One move per appointment

With at least 72 hours notice, your retainer can move with your appointment once. A second move forfeits the original retainer and a new retainer is required to book another date.

What happens

If your plans change.

Contact the studio or your artist as soon as you know you cannot attend. Notice is measured back from the scheduled start time of your appointment.

01

First reschedule

72+ hours notice

Your appointment can move once and the existing retainer will be carried across to the new date.

02

Late cancellation

Less than 72 hours

Your retainer is forfeited. A new retainer is required before another appointment can be secured.

03

Second reschedule

Same appointment

Your original retainer is forfeited and a new retainer is required to secure the next date, even when more than 72 hours notice is given.

04

No-show

No notice

Your retainer is forfeited. A new retainer is required before another appointment can be secured.

Why it matters.

Your artist reserves that time specifically for you and prepares for your piece before you arrive. Enough notice may allow the studio to offer the session to someone else. The one-move limit prevents the same time from being repeatedly held and released.

Need to make a change?

Let us know as early as possible through the same contact method used to arrange your appointment.

By paying your retainer, you confirm that you have read and accepted this cancellation policy.
