Covid Safe Plan/Conditions Of Entry
All appointments will be attended to alone, with no exemptions.
All appointments will be taken online via our website (www.independenceink.com.au).
We are a locked door studio and do not allow walk-in traffic. A booking is essential to visit our premises.
This will limit our dealings with people, ensure a minimal contact service, and help maintain our artists’ and yourselves’ health and safety.
If you are feeling unwell, please allow us 72 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your deposit, and you will be required to put up another deposit before rebooking. If you show up to your appointment unwell, you will be denied entry, and you will lose your deposit.
You will be required to wear a mask to your appointment. If you do not bring a mask, you will be given one at your own expense.
At the door, you will have your temperature checked. If you have a fever, you will be asked to postpone your appointment. You will be required to wear a mask and hand sanitize upon entry. Your artist will provide you with a sealable container for your belongings to be placed in and kept with you during your tattoo. Your artist will have phone sanitising kits for you if you wish to hold your phone during your appointment. Your artist will guide you to wash your hands before being seated and hand you the appropriate forms to fill out before the tattooing process begins.
Failure to comply will result in losing your deposit and being asked to leave the premises and be billed the outstanding appointment amount.
Our artists hold the right to refuse service at any time at their own discretion.
While visiting our studio, we ask you to respect our workplace and keep your hands to yourself. Please do not touch our staff or tamper with studio fittings. If you wish to touch or view our in-store product, please ask your artist for assistance. This will help us protect our sterile environment for our artists, you, and the rest of our clients.
