Fine line& script.
Clean, precise linework for lettering, dates, botanical and minimal pieces.

About the style
What to expect.
Fine line work lives or dies on precision: thin, consistent lines with no blowouts, spacing that survives healing, and lettering that stays legible for decades rather than months.
It covers script and lettering, names and dates, botanical pieces, and small minimal designs. Many first tattoos are fine line pieces, and the enquiry process suits that: send the words or reference, tell us roughly where and how big, and we will advise on sizing and placement before anything is locked in.
The studio is private and appointment only in Camden, which suits fine line clients well. There are no walk-ins and no rush; a small piece gets the same one-on-one session as a large one. Clients come from Camden itself and across Macarthur: Narellan, Oran Park, Mount Annan, Campbelltown and surrounds.

Common questions
Before
you enquire.
- Is fine line good for a first tattoo?
- Often, yes. Fine line pieces tend to be smaller and quicker, which makes for an easier first session. Send the idea through and we will talk placement, sizing and what to expect on the day.
- Will thin lines blur over time?
- Well-executed fine line work holds up, but sizing matters. Very small lettering or tightly packed detail can soften as skin ages, so we will sometimes recommend going slightly larger or simplifying so the piece stays crisp.
- How much does a small fine line tattoo cost?
- Small pieces are usually quoted against the studio minimum, which covers setup, sterile equipment and the session itself. Exact guidance comes back with your enquiry reply once we have seen the idea.
